Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Wait for Authorization
Our technical team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Securely Package Your Device
Pack the Retroid console and all original accessories in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
